Tribute To Bill Cosby

I’d heard about this place in Washington, DC, called Ben’s Chili Bowl, that sold half-smokes – sausage links consisting of beef & pork on a steamed bun, with mustard, onions, and spicy homemade chili sauce on them. It didn’t hurt that the joint was a favorite hang-out of legendary comedian Bill Cosby, not to mentionContinue reading…

Definition of Insanity

I’ve long been wanting to visit the Reading Terminal Market in downtown Philadelphia. Top of the list was Tommy Dinics, which has a counter-top eatery inside. The main attraction, was the roasted pork sandwich with sharp provolone, and broccoli  rabe on  fresh-baked bread. It won the Best Sandwich in America contest on Adam Richmonds show onContinue reading…

East Pittsburgh & Altoona, PA

I did a show in Jeanette, PA on Friday night, at a place called Neighbors Tavern. So if there happens to be another vehicle headed in the opposite direction, at the same time you hit thatContinue reading…

Breaking Bad

Yin/Yang

Great show in Chillicothe, IL last night. Tim & Shelly Berger run a nice little bar off the lakefront. Ben Bergman did a great job of warming up the crowd, and dealing with a crazy heckler-lady who wouldn’t shut-up. I wasn’t going to put up with her, but eventually she left. That didn’t stop meContinue reading…
